I bought these to be easy and effortless to wear, but ended up being extremely annoying. The chord around the neck got stuck my hair, not able to wear one earbud comfortably since the weight of the other hanging earbud pulls down causing it to fall out of my ear. Perhaps good for kids, but not for busy moms needing full hands-free talking with an open ear.

Short lived battery life. Item drains after a year of use. Can’t hold a charge for more that 2 days.

Good sound quality, solid construction, but did not have a secure fit even with a variety of ear bud tips provided. Had to return.

These earbuds did not stay in my ear very well. The bass was not as sharp as I anticipated. I returned them for the Bose earbuds

Broke within 30 days. Best Buy replaced easily. I received replacement and these work great!

Not as comfortable as I would have liked. Takes a little too long to connect. Distorted sound on phone calls after a while

I ordered this and it took almost 2 weeks to deliver this. But quality is good.

These are great earphones until the battery wears out. Luckily still under warranty so was able to get new pair.

bought two of the same one the battery was defective the other one not able to pair.

They are ok, but I guess my ears are too big because they wont say in. I wish I would have gotten the AirPods.

The little ear bud cushions keep falling off, and buying replacements is far too difficult.

To start, I bought a pair of these headphones at the very beginning of June. Immediately, they failed to turn on which should've been the first warning. After finding a forum filled with complaints over the same issue, I found out how to perform a hard reset (hold the power button and mute button for 2 minutes). This worked but for some reason the headphones failed to pair at all. Kept getting a blinking red light it thus it remained as a paperweight. Updating via Beats Updater didn't help at all either. I returned immediately to Best Buy and exchanged them for a new pair. The new set I received turned on just fine and they've worked great for what seems like 2 1/2 months. Use is limited to 1 hour per day while on the treadmill or bike. Today was different because they simply stopped working. They won't turn on, they won't reset, they won't do anything. I'm hoping Apple Support will call me tomorrow as scheduled in an attempt to resolve my issue; if they offer me the opportunity to try another set I'll take that. If they offer me a replacement pair, I may not even take them up on the offer because these headphones are just not worth it.

If you’ve had the beats 2 stick to those. These have a lower sound and don’t cancel the noise out like the 2s.

It's too expensive for the sound quality you get from it when you listening to music but my wife is happy with it so I'm good.

had for 6 months and had issues with mic. Sent in and got a refurbished pair. No lie 6 months later faced disconnecting issue and finally not powering on , won't charge , nothing. So looked to try and see how much warranty was left.... wouldn't you believe me I'm a month after the 1 yr it comes with.... wow! Won't buy another pair of beats period

okay nothing fancy they are headphones not to much variety of colors no carrying case for the head phones

The sound is not as good as I expected. Thin sound, lacks bass. I have cheaper bluetooth headphones that sound better.

These headphones work great. However the charging cord that comes with the headphones is way too short to be effective.

The sound clarity is fine. Clear enough. Now the downside is they don’t Feel comfortable on your ears.

the quality of the beats is ok but the sound is poor, I didn’t like that wasn’t base on the headphones.
