Christmas gift. Didn’t work for more than a year. But company was willing to replace.

These are great headphones. The sound is amazing and blocks out outside noise.

bought these and took them back because they were not comfortable to wear like they say they are.

The wireless function is great, yet for me, they still feel hard and clunky. Left ear keeps popping out.

They were $150 and you can get the same quality headphones for half the price with the lg tone headphones that are Bluetooth.

I bought these on sale and I thought that because these had the MOST reviews and are beats... i was getting them for a great price. so I splurged and was very disappointed. After about 10 minutes or less the hook around the Ear becomes incredibly painful I had to keep readjusting to relieve the pain. I returned them after 2 days of giving them a shot.

Beats earbuds did not work with my Iphone 5. There was a problem with receiving a signal during wear outside of my residence. As a runner, the lack of a connection made the device unusable. Swapped the first one for a second one and I experienced the same problem. Later purchased a cheaper brand of earbuds from a sporting goods store and I experienced an excellent reception with no problems with the signal.

I have the 1st generation headphones and I bought these as a backup. Not the same quality as the 1st series.

The headphone is uncomfortable and difficult to don, although the quality is relatively acceptable.

Love the sound but not the comfort. We decided to go with the larger set of Beats.

The sound quality is no better than the sony bluetooth earbuds that I purchased for a much cheaper price. The beats don't hold a great charge and after having them for 6 months the ear piece that wraps over my right ear fell apart. They also randomly disconnect from my phone. Unexpected a lot better quality out of this brand.

I owned some solo beats pre-Apple, from 2014-15 and the quality of the headphones seemed a lot better quality.

Pretty good for any device to pair. Cord is kind of short which makes it a lil difficult to use.

This Product is good if you like to workout a lot The sound however is not as loud as the beat solo headphones

They arent loud, I have to reset them atleast once a week, and sometimes the do not connect or randomly connect to my phone.

I had the Powerbeats 2 and they suddenly stopped working. Hoping these don't do the same. Other than that they do the trick.

It was a great price for the product they offered Apple was offered the same product at $90 more just can’t beat it

Tried online returns but no options that did not require shipping charges. On hold for extended period then left call back. On hold againand when finally got agent. Was told "that dept is closed, call back tomorrow". GAVE UP! Resolved in 3-4 days by Apple. Product seems great now.
