    Item was a gift so I am unable to comment on the product itself, but the ease of ordering online and picking up at the store was by far the best experience of the holiday season. I'll be sure to shop with Best Buy again with confidence that it will be a stress free experience.

    Headphones working fine, in excellent condition! Second pair over the course of approximately 5 years. Received repair assistance from apple on first pair. Love Beats! Too these are for my son.
