Employee forgot to asked me for the warranty on the product

I am not sure what to rate . Bought them as gift for my son for Christmas. He was happy but said one side stopped working. Took to Best Buy and limited manufacturer warranty, they noted they were not dropped / breakage or water damage so will need to wait 1-2 weeks to await reason of malfunction/ defective and if will be covered or need to pay for fixings. I expected better quality since my son has 2 pairs a $30 pair and this one yet the cheap one is still working. Maybe I got a defective one, so hard to give a precise rating as used for about 2 months. I will know in about 1-2 weeks.

Best speaker i have ever had. I love it. The sound system is great!

i expected more out of Beats. I only had these for about 6 months and one ear has already quit working

Although they look nice and have a nice feel they’re not ideal for working out. They often slip if I’m doing anything outside of simply walking. Also the sound quality could be better both bass & volume are mediocre. I’ll be purchasing another set soon hopefully better quality.

The issue I had with these Headphones are the earpiece is too small and uncomfortable.

I can not believe that these Beats are falling apart within months.

Audio is not that great,However, they are not known for comfort during extended wear, lack active noise cancellation

I am an overly pink individual. This was ordered because of the color. When it arrived it was violet not pink.

The ears pads are uncomfortable. They are definitely ON ear not OVER ear which I didn’t find out until too late.

It makes some loud sounds when I’m listening to musics most times

Theses headphones being a brand name are faulty The speakers sounds great! But one side will go out & stop playing it was not just one pair I brought 3 different pairs without warranty, and they all went out. I tried to buy a good brand but beats head phone are not made to get your moneys worth. Plus one pair cracked taking them off.

It hurts your ears after a while & they are small.

The sound quality is excellent! Unfortunately they are very uncomfortable. They feel too tight/small. Probably great for a kid.

I already own the Airpods Pro 2nd Gen - I got these because I prefer over ear instead of in-ear. I have no idea how this is worth 200+ compared to the pro's. I had max volume on the headphones and my phone - sounded so low you could barely hear it. The quality is awful too - nothing about this screams quality. The color is not true pink, it's close to a gray/white. The buttons feel wonky and cheap and the mic for calls sounds like complete trash. You can hear all background noise not including that the phone call was super low even at max volume. Since Apple bought Beats they have not been the same.
