Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did

Constant white noise

I was excited to upgrade after my pair of beats w a wire. The sound quality is not there, the design is cool, but i probably shouldn’t use them anymore.
