Returned them to local BestBuy and the made everything right with no issues at all . My review is more about customer service than product , but my son is very happy with new headphones as well. Thanks Bestbuy

Still not the headphones for me

The sound was very good but they weren't comfortable, they hurt my ears after a few minutes of listening, so I returned them. I then tried these, the sound was very good, but I had the same issues with comfort, and returned them. Just not for me. Still looking . . .
