Headphones did not work out of the box and Best Buy in East Hanover, NJ was not helpful AT ALL. They sent them out to be "fixed" and I better pick up a brand new pair which is what I purchased. The sound only came out of 1 earphone, so for a brand new pair of earphones that are way too expensive, BEST BUY should have either let me get another brand new one, or given me my money back. I will NEVER shop at BEST BUY again.

Good product, quality appears to be there. I would still prefer to have wireless, but with these atleast you do not have to deal with any power issues. Decent sound.

I got it on sale. it was nice deal It is my first headphone and works for me Problem is since it is on-ear So if you use it for a long time, you will feel pain

The first set I purchased were defective out of the box. The sound was horrible. I exchanged them for a 2nd pair, they were broken too. Something was wrong with the wire. So they were taken back to the store and exchanged for a different brand.

My experience with Best Buy and all the items I purchased was excellent. Staff is very helpful and products excellent.

My husband drives a box truck (no working radio) for a living and he loves the head phones, but after an hour on the road he has to remove them because they get uncomfortable.

I ordered thru online then when i pick it up the other buds is not working so i just exchange it and they replaced it immediately after that the headset goes so smooth. I love it. Definitely i will recommend it

These are well made headphones, don't get me wrong. Good sound quality!! But too tight, no matter your head size. There is discomfort after a while with them on.

I got this item defected but it's one person in the whole world maybe more but these beats are really good my friend has them and they're perfectly fine and awesome

These were my first beats and I loved them. I had some issues with the audio going in and out, but after exchanging them in store I was okay. if you don't mind dealing with the cord than these are great.

I bought these beats headphone for my son as a graduation gift. He own beats before but they fell apart. Bet buy had them on sale so I desired to get them.

There are headphones in the same price range that sound better, but these are exactly what I expected. They were a deal of the day and I jumped on them.

I am sorry I cannot review this. This was a gift. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It will not be opened until December 25th.

I got these for my daughter's birthday. I've tried them out and they sound surprisingly good. Also, they are very comfortable to wear. I'm impressed.

I bought a pair of beats for my son and they broke in a few months then I bought another pair and the cord broke. Not buying anymore- good sound poor quality.

I recently had to replace my beats, the headphone started to peak on the side not sure if it was just a malfunction. The new pair I have now though is great nice problems at all

Good value for a good looking headphone. I still remember it was way more expensive a few years ago but now it's really good value for money now.

My grandson loved these! His Mom suggested these for his birthday gift from me. Was able to get them on sale. Perfect gift for his 14th birthday.

These have great sound. Perhaps they could be slightly smaller and lighter.
