We have owned these headphones for 6 weeks and they literally are falling apart as the ear cushion separates from the headphone frame. Customer service at Best Buy was horrible as they have stopped offering service contracts on the Beats. Sent them to Beats for repair & called & said couldn't be repaired and pick up your broken 6 week old headphones. Geek Squad Never sent them to Beats as we were told & wasted 2 weeks of time. We contacted Apple support and they are handling this with us. I will NEVER Buy any electronic item from Best Buy again.

I love my beats. The sound quality is great, however, they squeeze and hurt my ears real bad. My son tried them and had the same complaint.

I got these for $100 on sale. I wouldn't pay more than that. At $200 I would be upset. The are good headphones for what I paid for them.

My son loves these. Was thinking of doing open box but Best Buy did a price match and was able to afford the new ones . Awesome!!!!!

I bought two pairs of these when they were on sale a while back. I gave both as gifts and the recipients couldn't be any happier.

My son absolutely loves the Beats. I'm just sad that I couldn't add Best Buy insurance. You have to get the insurance from Apple.

Hello, I just brought these because they were on same. If you want me to be honest, Beats headphone are no better than the standard factory apple headphones that you get with your iphone according to consumer reports who tested them against various headphones. Sony has some good ones and one other company that I can't remember off the top of my head. I guess if you have brand loyalty than you will want these. They're nice looking if nothing else but you want get anything great in regards to the sound. Best,

This is the second pair I have purchased. First pair was for my son. He likes them so much that I bought a pair for my daughter.

Decided to give these a try based on a friend's recommendation. Turned out to be a good buy and a solid performer. two thumbs up

The beats was execellent choice for me it blocks out sound for the outside when I have them on and I'm listening to my music

I wasn't sure what to think about spending this much on a pair of earphones, but it was worth it. Very happy with my purchase.

I was helped as soon as I got into the store and the Beats headphones I purchased are awesome.

I love the quality of the headphones but not being a teen I find that they are a little heavy on my ears when worn for long periods of time.
