If you are going to use them for prolonged periods they will hurt your ears, not very comfortable feel in general

The sound from the headphones was great. The right ear of the headphones stopped working after one month of use. Not happy with this purchase!

I got it for an excellent price on Black Friday. As an owner of the previous generation Solo HD, I can tell the difference in durability on the new model. It's better, has crisp sound and has quality bass. I recommend this product.

Disappointed since the color of these headphones were really beautiful and unique. One side did not work and I had to return them.

Had them for 16 months left side stopped working. I used them when I traveled. Called Apple care and they are out of warranty. Said I could replace them for $99. No thanks.

This is my second set of Beats, first was Solo HD's. Sound is much better balanced, you can hear mid-range , just the right amount of bass. Better construction, fit is a little snug.Really brings the music to life!

The sales associate sold me a warranty plan that did not apply to damage repair, but she claimed that it was a "no questions asked" return and replacement policy. She said the only thing it wouldn't cover is damage due to submersion in water. I even remarked that this was "good, since my niece [who received the gift] had twin sisters and a new puppy," implying it could be damaged. I spent $30 on the policy. Then, when the product was damaged, I learned the policy does not cover damaged products. I was lied to.

If you have had Beats headphones before, these will be familiar. They are not high end headphones, but most people don't buy these for the quality.

These definitely have less bass compared to other models. The headphones are high quality but if you are looking for bass they aren't for you.

Showed up, gave them to my son for his bday. Right speaker was blown. Returned to the store the next day and they refused to exchange as its been more than 2 weeks since they shipped them to me. Had to ship back to manufacturer. 3-6 weeks we wait. Kid in tears. No more best (worst) buy for us.

These are the best sounding headphones I have ever heard. The bass is amazing on them. I bought them for my son and he loves them. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I purchased this item twice and on both occasions I had to return the item because sound only came out of one ear. This happened immediately out of the box so I never even had a chance to use the item. If I held the mic tight on the cord then I would get sound of of both sides. These were both purchased new it just goes to show there was no quality control checks before packing and shipping to customers.

Purchased a pair in store that stopped working in less than one week. Returned them. Another pair was ordered online. That pair did not work right out of the box. Will never purchase anything from the Beats brand again. This was a birthday gift for my daughter and she was crushed that they were of such poor quality.

I purchased these as a gift for someone. I am not a fan of the over the head look and the sound really isn't that good.

( blue pair) It was gonna cost me through apple 99.00 to repair. Best Buy had them on sale for 99.00 so I bought a brand new pair. Product should last longer than 2 years. We will see with new pair. Undecided on recommendation of product.

I really wanted to like them, but I could never get used to them. Sound quality could be much better.

I purchased these on sale a few weeks ago. Having used primarily earbuds for the last few years, I was surprised when I started using these headphones at how great my music sounded. These have rich bass, but also offer great range for a variety of music. I also have some Behringer studio headphones (ran me about $50), but these Beats put those to shame. These fold up into a compact little structure, sound amazing, are comfortable, and seal out most ambient sound on planes and in public. I paid $80 for them here at Best Buy when they were on a pretty big sale, and I use them almost every day now. I love them. Before buying these if you had asked me if I'd pay $80 for headphones I would have told you there was no way. I only bought these because I had BB points that were about to expire and was looking for something to keep from losing about $40 in points. If I lost or damaged the pair I have I would pay up to $150 without hesitation to replace them--which shocks me. They are just that good.

Sound was ok. Comfort was less than average. Price was to high. Sorry apple and Dre. I wouldn't buy again.

Was thinking of a better head aet for the $ Average sound ,feels like it will break soon . Returned

The headphones are great for traveling. But sound wise you might as well just be the studios.
