I've stepped on mine a couple of times and they're very durable. Great noise cancelling headphones! Use mine for the gym all the time. I have a small head and they still fit well. Great for the price.

I purchased my Solo 2 Beatz headphones online (not refurbished). The left headphone had no sound. Best Buy's sales people could not get the headphone to work properly. I returned the headphone set.

Purchased them for daughter, started having problems right away, took back to store, was after the 15 days, so had to ship them off to be fixed. A lot of her friends have problems with theirs also.

I bought these for my daughter. Right out of the box one side had a lot of crackling and the other side didn't work at all. I returned them and I bought a cheaper no name brand and they are great.

Total disappointment. Had to return products four times. even replacements did not work properly. purchased four(4) headphones and all four had to be returned for defective working conditions.

Left headphone broke within the month, was taken care of with daily use. I'd opt for a cheaper option or a higher quality one. Won't be purchasing any beats products from now on.

Product stopped working 40 days after I received. Sound in one ear doesn't work at all. Best Buy stated after return time. Do not purchase Not worth the money even on sale.

I got these beats by dre. I thought they were going to be as good as the power beats I bought a year ago. But no they suck. The sound would mess up from the wire not being in just right.

It is good for whoever like to listen to music all the time otherwise there is no noise from outside and u might not like it like I don't like any some from outside

I bought the Beats Solo 2 Red headset from Best Buy on November 24. Out of the box, the unit was pristine with no blemishes. I use my HP laptop with Beats Audio to run the headset. First noticed the headset at the other big W store but found it at Best Buy for $20 less. Never thought I would spend that much on a headset but I would do it again in a minute. The headset connects to the laptop with wired jacks that will only work right if each end is connected properly - one end is dedicated to the headset, the other to the laptop - the straight jack goes to the headset, the 90 degree jack goes to the laptop. I've played Pandora radio and iTunes thru it; great theater sound in your ear. You can push a lot of volume thru it with no distortion - enough to blow out your ears. I have played Pandora Christmas Music thru it for a total of about 11 hours so far with no issues. Beats and the laptop do allow you to adjust the sound volume and Beats Listening Experience buttons (bass-treble-equalizer-etc) to the sound going to the headset. They handle bass very well - I set them to sound like an old Wurlitzer juke box from the '50s. The headphones lock in place when unfolded and are adjustable in length to fit the location of your ears; however, when folding them back to a storage position, they do not lock folded - no biggee. There is a fabric storage case included. The muffs themselves are on a flexible mount to the headband to fit the coutour of your ears - nice touch. The muffs are soft padded.

I got the beats for my son as a xmas gift and he loves them. It has great sound and they are strong enough to withhold falls and constant handling which makes it great for a pre-teen. It was a great choice to purchase them plus the colors are vibrant and don't fade.

Don't like that you can still hear every sound around you while having the headphones on. Do not like that at all. And too tight on the ears

Headphones work awesome with Apple products. But the quality is just super poor without apple. (Tried with Android and Windows)

This is a very good headphones. The sound is clear, and I also love its bass. But the only thing I need to do research is it seems not to be compatible with my Dell laptop! It is totally compatible with Macbook Pro.

Think I have a defective one. Cuts in and out. Need to exchange but was told final sale. No where does it say final sale.

I bought these when my Beats 2.0 crapped out. Fortunately, I got the protection plan (and I NEVER do that). I've had many ear buds in the past and they don't seem to last long. I only use these in the gym as I use my Vmodas at home. These are lightweight and they are not gaudy. The Vmodas do NOT need to go in to the gym. The sound is great. Good bass (I love bass). I read a review that said these began to smell after using them in the gym but mine are good after a few weeks. So far, great purchase.

I purchased these on sale for $79.99. To me, they are worth every penny for that price. I would not buy them at regular price. The quality, durability and comfort is excellent. They sit tight on the ears so they don't fall off at all. If you are on the fence, get them now while on sale. You will not regret it.

Despite consumer complaints, these headphones have good sound quality, noise reduction, and bass. Bought these earphones as a gift and the recipient loves them. I would definitely recommend these!
