Good earphones for listening to my audiobooks. Purchased them on promotional pricing, so they were a good deal. Comfortable for me on-ears.

Great sound for great price. People always criticize Beats but I think they are great for a person that likes casual music listening

The headphones offer nice balance of sound and has a good amount of bass. The only downside is that after long usage it can be uncomfortable.

Received these as a gift and 1 of the ear cups stopped producing sound with casual use after 3 months. Contacted service and despite item being well within warranty period based on release date they harped on having the receipt for repair services. DO NOT throw out the receipt and pray the person gifting keeps it. Otherwise they will use this to weasel out of fixing their item under warranty. I compared these headphones to other brands such as Audio Technica and Sennheiser and realized how inferior these are to reproducing sound. These are just overpriced, over-hyped pieces of junk playing to the masses with the promise of providing top notch performance. This was not only a waste of money, but just trying to get service to repair their pile of junk was a waste of time. Thanks for nothing Beats, you've lost a customer.

I am a very disappointed and angry customer!!!! I bought my beats brand new !!! Not open box !!!! On Black Friday this year. After a week of anticipation my beats came. I open up the plastic and the box, to find only headphones but no cord inside to connect the beats to my iPhone. Since this is my first pair of beats, I had to google to see if the cord comes with it or if it is sold separately. Well come to find out, it's definitely supposed to come inside the box, along with a Manuel, clip, and beats sticker, which I got none of. I'm very upset you hear me !!!! I will be calling Best Buy in the morning and headed to a Best Buy store to exchange or give it back and refund my money. This is a horrible first experience with Best Buy online shopping!!!!

This was a birthday present to my daughter, she loves it. The sound is amazing. And the red color is fun.

Wow... these are bad. Want bass? You got it. Want any other aspects of sound quality, balance and clarity? Sorry. That is all these are, muddy bass covering up 90% of any song you listen to. Just awful.

My son loves them he like the quality the sound base and the color. And when he's happy I am happy .

My son bought this and he uses it every day. The cord has held up nicely and sound quality is great.
