I purchased my first pair of beats solo 2 (black) headphones because they were on sale and I'm going on a 5 hour flight to florida in the summer so I needed something that would drain out the outside noise while on the flight. Unfortunately after a week of very light use I found that the left side of my headphones has stopped working. I started to read customer reviews on them and I wasn't the only one who had this problem... Needless to say I will be returning them.

This is great headphones for a young kid. My son loves them!

used it primarily for my podcast talk shows, it works well.

Love them love them love them just want another color

I purchased the Beats Solo 2 for a Christmas present for my son. Although he took great care of them the right side quit working in about a year. Apparently this was a design flaw and many people have experienced the same issue. In any case, I absolutely would not buy them

Wasn't as much bass that I wanted and the headphones started to really hurt my ears after having on for an hour. I ended up giving them away to a friend because I got such a good deal on them. I will have to look for a better headphone. The style was really nice tho.

Bought a new pair of Beats to replace the ones I had for the last 4 yrs. Very disappointed to find out how uncomfortable these are. They are so tight on my head and I wear headphones all day at work listening to music (and I don't have a large head)..

My girlfriend bought these for me but no one told me they weren't dog resistant.... My dog chewed them up while I was at work.. I think she thinks they were a chew toy..please don't make them look like chew toys for dogs..

I got these at Best Buy on special for 80 something dollars and had them forwarded to me as I was out of the country. Out of the box the right side cup had a short, would not play but woild cut in and out when moving the cupp. Not bad connection or cable but a short. The authorized apple repair store ishop sent them to the us, just the headphones and nothing more, and these I got back worked. I have since read of a lot of problems with the right side so I am regretting it. The sound is very mediocre and they are not as good as the wifes bose mie2 earbuds she has had for several years and paid about 90 bucks for. Not even close. I traded with her because these clamp my ears and hurt, she also said the bose sound better but she wants this type of headphones but now she says they hurt. I only bought these as they were heavily discounted, was originally going to get sennheisers, but regret it. Really not worth 80.00, I would not recommend them. Why no voting buttons?
