I bought this one for my daughter and the over the ear for my son. This one sounds like a 3-start compare to the over the ear with wireless and noise cancellation.

They look nice but the sound quality is mediocre. You also need to adjust the port into the headphones perfectly to get the sound to come out of both headphones.

had these headphones for one year. left speaker stopped working not long after one year warranty ran out. not worth the money

I bought 4 pairs of these for my family and every one had the same problem of a bad connection where the cable meets the headphones and the sound would bounce in and out and from ear to ear. Very frustrating and I wasn't able to return them because they are a few days past the 15 day return warranty. All Best Buy could say was too bad you're not an elite member because our Elite Members receive preferential treatment. Horrible service. I used to like Best Buy but now will just use their stores to test items before I purchase them on Amazon.

The headphones are ok.... They are very high for the quality of headphones you are looking for. I will return them.

returned on bad sound quality & bestbuy don't care

I bought this for my stepson for xmas and the first thing we noticed was they are not wireless, second the right side didnt work. It really sucks to buy something so expensive to get this poor quality. Now we have to go tomorrow and deal with the return lines.

All I have to say is that its super uncomfortable.

So I decided to try these headphones after seeing people at my gym use them and my best friend has them (she has small ears) I tried them on and they fit snug but more comfortable than solo hd... After wearing for 10 mins my ears get red, hot, and sore! I was excited to workout in them but my ears hurt so bad I had to take off the headphones! I was so dissapointed because they were $200 ($230 with warranty) I thought they'd be more comfy than that. I don't even have large ears, they are medium sized! Maybe in the future I'll try the beats studios because those fit my whole ear in it

The headphones becomes painful to the ear in a long run, it is becoming to tight. Not ideal for long use. Cushion is not as soft as it should be.

Bought the beatssolo2 from Walmart for my sons birthday. They had a short and only had sound into one ear. We tried several devices same result. We returned product to Walmart to exchange for same. These also have a short;, sound comes and goes. Buy them at your on risk, keep the receipt.

I don't believe Bestbuy's open box item. That is their waste electronic products. I got one of these in the last 2 month, but it's damaged already. I found out in the Apple Store that item has been used 2 years ago. So no more garentee in the Apple Store, Bestbuy's policy only 2 weeks for return.

Just received the Solo 2 that has only one side working upon arrival. I will have to return it ASAP. Suggestion: you do want to check the reviews on Amazon but not on Bestbuy's web before buying.

it´s been twice I bought a set of beats.. and both times the cable chord had a malfunction... and had to buy a separate chord

Got them today left side does not work. Save your money and get a REAL pair of headphones not some phonies because they are popular.

Only plays music from one ear. Very disappointed, will be returning!
