I had read the reviews online and several that gave low reviews stated issues with losing sound on one side, but most seemed to have good luck so I ordered this for my daughter. The second time that she used them, the sound cut out on the right side. We took them back to the Best Buy store and were able to exchange for the same kind (except that they were no longer on sale so had to pay the difference for the full price.) The customer service rep stated that her issue was not a common one (for the wireless Beats) but those that get the wired Beats have a lot of issues because the metal used in the wires are of low quality and burn up and break. So I am hoping that my daughter's second pair last much longer than the first

Love these headphones. I use them mostly on the airplane when I travel. They are not noise canceling but could almost be with how good of sound they have. Have never had a connectivity issue on my Iphone which I love.

These wireless headphones are awesome. My husband bought them to be able to study for his classes. The kids are always making noise, but this completely blocks out the sound and he is able to get more work done now.
