It's not serious and I believe it depend on people. That shortcomings turn out advantage when you perform any tough exercise.

Great sound

After awhile they start to hurt my ears but that could be because I wear glasses. The sound is amazing, crystal clear no matter what type of music you listen to.

I get a lot of flack for spending so much money on headphones, but honestly, they have great product warranties available on them thru Best Buy, as well as a one yr manufacturers warranty. I have had to use it in the past on an old pair, and it was absolutely hassle free, and all in all the old pair lasted four years! So what's $50/yr on something you use everyday and get such good sound quality from! Nothing beats beats!
