The associate answered any question I had On any subject. I'm not a huge fan of Windows 10, so taking a little more time to get used to. The only drawback might be the plastic case. Otherwise a great laptop for the price.

Only thing is that it's a bit tight on the ear and since it doesn't cover the entire ear it kind of hurts after wearing it for a while. I'm hoping this won't be a problem once I've broken them in or my ears get use to it.
