Headphones very good only problem I had was with my order with Best Buy. Customer service grade is 1 star.

The headphones are nice but we've had the ear cushion cover come off on two different sets. Apple Customer Service was great in both cases though. They replaced them each time.

Gave as birthday gift. User seems to be ecstatic with them, dancing around the house and singing loudly.

we were traveling to the mountains and could not get the headset to come on so we decided to stop at a best buy close to the interstate. we took the wireless beats headset in and explained the situation. i wound up getting upset and pretty much thrown out of bestbuy by the "MANAGER" wearing a geek squad uniform with a badge. needless to say, I WILL NOT STEP FOOT INTO A BESTBUY STORE EVER AGAIN!!! THANKS BESTBUY AND APPLE FOR SUCH A SORRY PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A $320 SET OF HEADPHONES THAT LASTED ALL OF A WEEK!!!

Purchased the Beats-solo2 for my daughter. She came home from gym telling me how well they worked out.

Bought it for my god daughter and she loved em. Will prob buy next generation of headphones

Bought the rose gold for my daughter's Birthday. The wireless function worked great, however, when she ran out of power and went "old school" (using the headphone jack) it would only play in one ear unless you continuously held the mic button on the cord! Thankfully this was discovered within my elite return period or we would not be happy campers. The girl at the return desk was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I received another pair, even though I would have been pleased with just a new cord.

I have these and love them. This purchase was a gift for a family member and they love them as well.

The headphone are great. I did have a problem with the Bluetooth not working but I took it to Apple and it was fixed for free with my recipe. After that they work perfectly
