Worst Customer Service.

Purchased anyway, on Monday saw there was the color available at BB Store 473. Went there to exchange for the white color. Store manager denied to exchange with the sale price I purchased. They want to charged $20.00 more for the same item, just different color. Manager Naobe refused to exchange or price matched. Basically she told me to “GO AWAY”. Doesn’t want to help a loyal customer. I will return this item and buy it somewhere else. The item still in plastic wrap, unopen. Worst experiences ever with this Store. I called BestBuy number and basically she told me to go back to the store where I purchased this item. This is the four times where BestBuy online and BestBuy store seem to be two separate company. BestBuy needs to change their policy and the way they are dealing with customers or else they will loose customers like myself.
