Poor Best Buy Customer Service / Not Comfortable

I bought the headset and used them for three weeks (put them on maybe 5 times). I noticed a discomfort in my ears if i had them on for more than 30 minutes. I went to the Best Buy store to return them, and hopefully select something different but i was told i was out of the 14 days return policy and because this is an Apple product there's nothing they can do about it. I have spent 4,000 this year at Best Buy but i guess that's not enough to persuade their manager who told me to call Apple. (really, i came and bought the product at Best Buy not Apple store). Extremely disappointed, and i will take my $$$ somewhere else.

They leak sound, and beats in general are overpriced. I wanted to try a pair myself just to have my own experience, but I quickly returned them. Not worth the money.

They are really good. But they stopped working after 2 weeks. As we are not from USA we are trying to get a refund on an mexican Ishop. We expected more quality on Beats as they are quite expensive.

I bought this headset thinking it was more of a RED color but no! In reality the box says a color and the actual color looks like a melon or pink looking.

Honest Review - iPhone 7 user

--Review Below!-- My Problem - So I've had my beats solo 2 wireless for 19 days. One of the little metal hinge clips broke. Those hold the headphones sturdy while unfolded. I went to customer service, the new proceeding to see if they could repair it. They ended up letting me get a whole new pair, which was happy, since they had the color they didnt have whenn I got first pair. I did however have to pay $40 as the $200 sales price went up to $240. It was understandable, but an annoyance. I'm overall pleased with them. The Review - Ok so the sound. They sound great compared to apples lightning earbuds. I got these becaus I have the iPhone 7, and the whole headphone jack... pretty self explanatory... But yes I definitely like these much more than those. They sound a lot better, are more comfortable, and sturdy, yet not a metal ingot on your head. They are pretty light, and I could fall asleep on my back with them on, not knowing. The cushions push a little bit on my ears, which caused a little discomfort. I'm pretty used to it, but it hurt at first. They get loud, very loud. The sound does leak out of the headphones, and in say a library, these could be loud. I understand that a pair of Bose or Sony headphones could out-sound these in a heartbeat. I like these because they're stylish, yet sound decent. Overall great pear of headphones. My color(s) - I had white the first time I bought these. They were indeed very white. They had a little bit of grey on them. I got these for school, and they work well to block out MOST background noise. Okay so I now have flash blue. I LOVE these colors! Grey and blue complement each other in just the right way. Overall impressed with the colors I've seen. I've also seen gold, and black and red in person. My favorite is the flash blue obviously. Verdict- very pleased, sad I had to lose the first pair, but worth the new color. Could buy better sounding headphones, but overall above decent sound.

What's the point of wireless headphones when you can't use the wireless. The wireless only worked maybe an hour fully charged. Other than that you always had to use the cord.

Amazing sound, but 'siren red' is more neon pink/orange - not what I expected. Wish they at least offered black or gray

They are ok headphones. Only thing I dislike is the comfort, they are not comfortable for long periods of time, or if someone is wearing earrings.

The sound quality blows me away! This is my first pair of Beats. I love that these are wireless! Pairing was very easy. I was worried that they wouldn't work well with my Android phone (Galaxy S6 edge) because they are owned by Apple. I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I can pause songs, skip songs, control the volume and answer (and talk) phone calls with these Beats. I was skeptical about running with them. I was pleasantly surprised that they never slip when running outdoors or on the treadmill. Battery life is amazing and so is the Bluetooth distance. I can set my phone on my dining room table and clean without any messy wires getting in the way. I was lucky enough to get these on sale too. As my title says....I'm thrilled with this purchase!

I purchased two of these while they were on sale and they hit the mark. They sound great and it was so easy hooking up to bluetooth and learning how to use them. A MUST:Download the beats updater on the Beats website. Updates your head phones when needed, can reset program, and you name them and it updates on charging info. Best Buy of the day.

I bought these based on my experience with the wired ones I already owned. Worked great for 6 months but now they won't hold a charge more than than 15 min of use or 5 hours on standby even after I fully charge them. Won't sure what kind of warranty it has but I won't buy these again nor recommend them to anyone. I'm very upset. Wired ones still work perfectly though!!

Highly upset that when I charged up my Beats Solo 2 Wireless headphones today I discovered that the left head phone doesn't even work. I can't even press the botton to turn up/down the volume or turn on bluetooth. No music is coming out of the left headphone. I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to ask how I can exchange this. NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE.

Heard these on the in-store display and knew they were the headphones I had been looking for. As someone who travels frequently, I needed headphones that would block out car/plane noise to a point where I could focus on the music or video I was watching. Mission accomplished. They sound AMAZING and truly deliver an immersive sound experience. Plus, they look great! No, they're not the most affordable headphones out there, but the sound and design make them worth every penny.
