The first thing that turned me off about the headphones was the color scheme. Did come out looking like it was on the box. The colors were like a light grey with a fuchsia pink. But was made in the box to look red. And then the headsets themselves were extremely tiny. Barely could fit on my ears and no I don't have big ears. Needless to say I returned them.

Purchased headphones for Christmas 2016. By June 2017 they were falling apart in a few places. Have had to use glue. Not much use out of them, so very disappointing. Best Buy only takes returns within 15 days. Don't think these headphones were made to last only 6 months. They were not dropped or mishandled in that time to create any damage.

My old ones sounds better that's not wireless a worst of almost 300.00 and no protect plan available

Very disappointed had this for a month and the ear part broke off. Not very durable at all.

No sound out of the right earphone after just 34 days! Of course my local Bestbuy would not take them back or exchanged them any longer. I am also not able to charge them either. They were an expensive pair of earphones, I expected them to last... So disappointed.

They did not fit my 11 year old ears and they were not comfortable for him.

Initial pair we bought would not charge and had no power out of the box.

Bought it about 2-3 months ago, used it a max of 5 times and now it won't charge anymore. Will definitely be calling apple for a replacement. Ridiculous.

I would recommend Bose because the quality for Beats is substandard.

I bought mine a long time ago (almost 5 years ago). I used the pay before 6 months, no interest, deal! Awesome idea. I still use them with my newest model iPhone. The Bluetooth works great, the direct cable works great. It still keeps a charge for me. The only thing that has worn over time was the plastic around the foam, to protect the ears... The foam is still in great shape, but the plastic has separated from itself. This is after 4-5 years of use! They are still very comfortable to use and I don't even need the plastic to be connected because the part that needs to cover the foam is there doing its job.

Bought these headphones less than a month ago and one of the earpieces is already not working. Do not buy this product!!

Bought these for my son for Christmas, didn't last 2 days. sound went out on one side. Way too much money for a poor product. Took back and bought him a pair of skullcandy's that were a third of the price. Skullcandy much better.

These are very comfortable and has great sound quality. Love the BASS!

The worst headphones I ever purchased. Extremely heavy, uncomfortable that caused severe headaches and a bruise on my right ear. You are only paying for the color nothing else

These headphones exceeded my expectations! I really can't wear ear buds because they are so uncomfortable and fall out of my ears all the time. These on-the-ear headphones are super-comfortable and the sound is amazing! Great product!!!

I usually don't write reviews but if this helps someone out. head phone stop charging after having them for 20 days . Best buy only warranties them for 15 days so I think I may be stuck with a 180 brick,
