I love them they're the easiest wireless headphones to use and they look nice

I purchased this item in June, and within 2 months they would no longer hold a charge. I returned them to Best Buy, and they sent them off for repair. They repairs were complete in 2 weeks. When I got home, I discovered my headphones had been replaced with a refurbished pair. They weren't even the same model. I went back to Best Buy and they explained this was common practice. Since these headphones have been sold for almost 3 years, there's a possibility I traded my 2 month old headphones for a pair that's been refurbished 3-4 times over the last 3 years. God only knows how many different people have sweated all over them.

It was a great product. I am rally enjoying it and have taken for few trips

I purchased these headphones 4 months ago and already they are damaged.the right ear has NO SOUND! I've read that is a reoccurring problem! Sorry I will now choose BOSE FROM THIS DAY ON!!!!

Probably not worth the price for sound quality, but worth it for the convenience and slick look.

This product met my expectations in terms of price and quality, as I was able to get it on sale.

Headphones are great in quality and comfortable. Price is high but that's expected.

The only problem I have with these they squeeze my head so tight it hurts my ears

Wow! After reading all the great reviews I was very disappointed in the Beats solo2s I purchased. The sound was mediocre at best and sounded muffled and muddy. Fit was to tight and actually painful after about 30 minutes. The bluetooth connection would cut out on my computer when I did anything but just listen to music. I have a pair of Jabra Revos that sound better, cost less and have no connection problems. Needless to say I'm returning the Beats and keeping my Jabra's. Don't waste your money you are paying for the logo not sound quality.

I bought these as a gift and they are wanting a different color, Best Buy will not allow you to exchange them without paying a difference since the spare was on sale. I try to do an even exchange just a different color and they wanted 30+ dollars Ridiculous!

Speaker goes out in one side only... we have 4 pair total of various models and 3 pair have the same problem with only one working side. Warranty process is extremely inconvenient unless you have Apple Store nearby. Did use Best Buy warranty on 2 pair of these before Apple took over. Repair cost is too high to make it worth the price. Can recycle at Best Buy, but am curious where the product goes since you can buy refurbished Beats online at Best Buy. You get the product back, get to repair it and then sell it again.
