Beats are 6 months old and won’t power on without being on the charger. They haven’t been dropped nor have they sustained any water damage.

No good. The volume is trash for the price of these. Maybe one day I can afford some Bose headphones

I love beats headphone. However these are very heavy on my head. They give me a headache if I wear them for more then 2 hours.

Headphones are great but my hair gets caught in them every time I take them off so I hate them

I am very disappointed I bought these and then I get to use them for the first two or three weeks and I’ve used them a couple times finally and one side of my headphone will get so low. You almost can’t hear anything coming out and I’m past the exchange Timeframe. I would’ve never thought that I ever had any issues with this and I’ll never he’ll be another year before I can make a purchase for myself.

Great headphones, but I wouldn't call this pink. It looks like a off white with a hint of pink kind if color. I returned it an purchased a different color.

Ear was not as big as needed for for son! Also can hear sound outside if earb

This review is more or less for Best Buy themselves. Got these headphones in January, they stopped turning on in August. Tried to take them back since it has been less than one year and BestBuy told me sorry, they distribute so they can't help me. Now, if I paid for more warranty than what beats gives me, they could help. I am done shopping at Best Buy. They wonder why box stores are losing customers. Try service?

Battery died and need replacement in less than one year

Bought this for my daughters Xmas present but had to return due to her complaining that it hurts her ears as u wear it for awhile. I saw some reviews of the uncomfortable ear phone but had to experience it myself ! But the looks of the earphone was cute I was disappointed I had to return it.
