they are too small for my ears. And after 30 min of wearing them, my ears hurt from the pressure of it being tight.

Bought this headphone in July it’s December and it stopped pairing with my daughter devices completely.

Horrible service from Best Buy customer’s service. Headphones never arrived, store used a roadie for delivery. Proof of Delivery from roadie was from his car across the street. Call Best Buy at least 4 times to file a complaint and was turned down every single time. Their resolution was to look for local law enforcement. Will never buy again from them. Really disappointed and upset with my purchasing experience.

Worked fine the few times I used them at the gym. Now I can’t turn them off and they are stuck in pairing mode. They keep trying to pair with any device that is close to them. I had to take them to Apple to see if they can fix them. They are probably going to send me a new pair. Too much money to be spending on headphones that only last a few uses. SMH.

I bought this to listen to the TV at night and it wasnt a good match. Couldn't control the sound easily.

The first part lasted 3 months before not holding a charge. The replacement pair after a month the power light stopped working. So you can't tell is it on or even charging. Not a very well made product.

They are not loud at all , I’ve had them for 3 1/2 months and the right side of my headphones do not work anymore , I do not know who to contact about this because they are still kind of new , I do want to return them as well . The sound is terrible , it’s so low that I can still hear my outside noise.

Terrible fit, questionable sound, I returned then I would have bought the Beats Studio Pro, over ear if I had to do it again.

When I bought my 1st pair of earphones, immediately I tried them on before leaving the parking lot and sadly they were defective. The entire left earphone did not play any sound I went to return this pair and the second pair had the same issue. I sat in the store for an hour asking to replace the earphones and they refused, telling me it wasn’t possible. Ultimately ended up leaving with no earphones, displeasing service, and a refund.

Crazy bc I didn’t even receive my headphones we reached four to Shipt and Best Buy no type of help what so ever. Only Reviewing bc they sent a email so buyer be aware don’t do same day from Shipt . I purchased AirPods from apple after this mess

These headphones stopped working after 4 months of purchase. BestBuy will only service them if they were broken within 2 months. What a shame especially when you have a membership with them, a credit card with them and they can validate you bought them from BestBuy.

One side stopped working out of nowhere, I had to return the product.

Second time buying beats from Best Buy, I bought these beast in July of 2024 and 4 months in they just stopped working completely. beats are way to expensive to have to go through this issue.

Received these headphone January 6th, it is now July 29th and they won’t charge, won’t turn on, just completely crapped out, out of no where for no reason. 155 dollars for 7 months of use? Never again. :(

First off this is my opinion. I dont have a big head but the headphones were very uncomfortable to wear after 15min. I returned the item and got the same product but earphone buds.

Kept not connecting to iphone and just displayed ready to pair but never worked.

This is from my experiance and opinion only. The sound quality is okay at best, that is with a lot of equalization, even through the 3.5mm audio input (outside equalization program). The fit is terrible for individuals with medium to larger sized heads (purely subjective), build quality is okay. Returned not worth it, at least not for me.

I got my beats less than 5 days ago and the right side already stopped working when I’m using it with Bluetooth. If I plug it to the headphone jack they both work. I tried resetting it, different phones, nothing work. I’m so disappointed, I looked online and apparently this is a common issue.

Beats are not made to last. They intentionally make it last for 13 months, right before the warranty expires. I’ve had 3 experience with beats and all were the exact same. Product made to stop pairing and forced to buy a new one.
