I mean literally walked in to get this item only and I didn't have to wait long to get it. I liked the teamwork provided from the store agents/staff. They were friendly. I did walk the aisle to see what other new products were made by Beats, but these are my favorite. I love them so much. The quality and the sound is worth the price. I LOVE MY BEATS BECAUSE NOW I CAN HEAR AND FEEL THE BEAT!!!!

Very pleased with the quality, fit and the SOUND!! Light weight but pack a major punch to the sound. Good balance of bass, not overwhelming.

I took one star away because of the ear cushion size. They’re a little too small and can be uncomfortable if you wear them for an extended period of time. Still a great buy and worth the purchase!
