Very basic sound quality, but good for money. Nothing special

I love Beats products but not this version. The cups are smaller and they stay connected even with the cups closed. I think that feature needs to be updated.

I am very disappointed I bought these and then I get to use them for the first two or three weeks and I’ve used them a couple times finally and one side of my headphone will get so low. You almost can’t hear anything coming out and I’m past the exchange Timeframe. I would’ve never thought that I ever had any issues with this and I’ll never he’ll be another year before I can make a purchase for myself.

Beats are 6 months old and won’t power on without being on the charger. They haven’t been dropped nor have they sustained any water damage.

I had the headphones in my cart and all the way up until the last minute, it showed that the order would arrive by 12/24. As soon as I cashed out, the arrival date changed to 12/30. Totally unsatisfied with the dishonesty.

They are decent but not great. Would love to have nosise cancelling added to the headphones.

Battery died and need replacement in less than one year

Bought these on December 1 as a Christmas gift for my son now they have stopped working wirelessly you have to actually have them plugged in for them to work. There’s no option to return them to the store. You have to reach out to the manufacturer to have them replaced or repairedwhich is very inconvenient tgry aren’t local to me. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.

Good Sound, but can really hurt your head and be uncomfortable.

They’re not what I was expecting, 25 they sound a little bit on the week side my earbuds sound way better

Not magic beans. I bought these for my wife to encourage her to go to the gym. Headphones still look brand new and have yet to be involved in any workout.

The outside looked good but one side stopped working already and it has not been a month into having them.

Great for the gym. but kind of small for my head. But it works enough for me not to use my air pods in the gym

Honestly worse headphones for the gym. It slips off easily. The sound isn’t even that good. I can still hear others/ noise.

This review is more or less for Best Buy themselves. Got these headphones in January, they stopped turning on in August. Tried to take them back since it has been less than one year and BestBuy told me sorry, they distribute so they can't help me. Now, if I paid for more warranty than what beats gives me, they could help. I am done shopping at Best Buy. They wonder why box stores are losing customers. Try service?

Headphones are great but my hair gets caught in them every time I take them off so I hate them

Very good while they lasted, broke after 6 months.

I love beats headphone. However these are very heavy on my head. They give me a headache if I wear them for more then 2 hours.
