    I like the product it works great but after a while they do cause pain in the ears after a certain amount of time used. They also dont get as loud as expected sometimes even one ear is not as loud as the other. Other than that they work great and i wouldnt return it.

    I boight these for my wife for xmas. She has really wanted to get some nice headphones for some time. She loves the sound quality, but they are a little too toght on her head to wear for a long time. She also isn’t as mich of a fan of the on the ear style as she thought she’d be. Would not recommend. Not sire if we can return, but she wants to.

    The product is fantastic! The customer service was HORRIBLE! Nobody greeted us, we couldn’t find a soul when we wanted to purchase the product! You all are missing out on a A LOT of money with the horrible service

    My Granddaughter was starting her 1st day of 10th grade, she broke and lost her previous pair (that she had for 5years) and was total saddened by that and said her 1st day was ruined (lol). So, I surprised her after school with her new pair and all was right in the world again!
