I purchased this 2nd pair for my son Christmas 2025 and the right has stopped working just like the first pair.

Headphones went out to the point they will not connect to my iPhone 16. I called Best Buy to see about replacing them. I was informed there was nothing the could do. I’m highly disappointed because it hasn’t even been a year.

Noise canceling was not what I thought. Looking for office ise and didn't get that

Honestly worse headphones for the gym. It slips off easily. The sound isn’t even that good. I can still hear others/ noise.

Covered by warranty but not a good experience. After a bit of research, this is a very common problem. I bought these for 1/2 off for black friday so i guess i got what i paid for (1/2 a set of headphones).

I bought these and the color was not as pictured. I took them back to exchange for a different color and Best Buy would not honor the price I paid. I even showed them the price I paid at another merchant because Best Buy is always stating they price match and they would not do it. It was an even exchange but they had gone off of sale at Best Buy the day before.

Wow, really disappointing! Although it was on sale and an open-box with a trade, made the price crazy low, you get what you pay for! These could not be worn very long without ears hurting (and I have small ears). Also, I was very disappointed in the quality of sound for regular priced $200 headphones. My AirPods 4 blew them away. On the plus side, seamless set up with IOS and FindMy!!!!! Sadly, had to give in and return them.

A definite downgrade from Solo 3s which were the best in the Solo line. Sound is more tinny and garbled. Brought back after one day of use

Took product up to Best Buy on Decatur for them to give me the run around. Ended up taking product to apple for repair.

They lasted about a month before the sound of static became overwhelming.

Been waiting for my order to be filled for a week now my first order was missed delivered and they have been giving me the runaround for a week now and every time I call to check on it they give me a new story and as today it have been a week and still waiting if you don’t have to order from Best Buy and can get it from Amazon and guarantee to get it please do so

They were ok, the color was not pink enough for me! The sound was not loud enough for. I returned.

Sounds good, but for people with long hair is unconfortable , my kid soesnt want to use anymore

I never got my package I called back to you at refund. They can’t give me my refund. I would never shop for Best Buy ever again.

The product was fine. It was a christmas gift for my daughter, whose house in Altadena burned down on 1/8/25, with the headphones inside. She lost everything, including the headphones. Although I bought 2 years Apple Care, neither Apple nor Best Buy would replace or help. And although Best Buy SAID it would refund the $30 for apple care, it did not, and i have not heard anything further. I will not be shopping at best buy again.

I bought that headphones and it only lasted working properly 2 months.i could only hear from one side. I called the seller and only got the run around.

The beats would not connect with phone to talk but the music played well. Took them to Apple and it was a defect pair and they are replacing them

They didn't last very long; the left earphone failed. I could have just had a defective pair, but regardless, given their cost, this isn't an excuse. I would not repurchase Beats.

On side does not work anymore not to sure why. I know she loved the gift but one side no longer works
