The beats head phones are really a great pair of headphones.

The headphones sound fine. They're a bit heavy and the lack of eq is pretty unacceptable at this price point honestly. But the main issue is that when you try to register these, they come up as invalid serial number. ALL of the black and gold models including the solo 4 wireless ones are coming up as invalid serial number. I reported this to Apple and they did nothing. This isn't best buy's fault. It's Apple's. I have quite a few pairs of beats and the other colorways aren't coming up invalid.

I ended up returning these cuz they didnt fit my big head. My fellow big heads prob want to go another route

I really wanted to love these. The sound and price was great. Reason I returned is they are very tight on your head and no way to loosen. Incase you are wondering I actually have a rather small head. I also had to return the pair I purchased my Mom for the same reason.
