Invalid serial number

They're a bit heavy and the lack of eq is pretty unacceptable at this price point honestly. But the main issue is that when you try to register these, they come up as invalid serial number. ALL of the black and gold models including the solo 4 wireless ones are coming up as invalid serial number. I reported this to Apple and they did nothing. This isn't best buy's fault. It's Apple's. I have quite a few pairs of beats and the other colorways aren't coming up invalid.
