Headphones stopped charging altogether after 8 months.

Well they are not wireless you have to use cord to run to product you are using

theyre great except only one side plays audio but i love the color !!

Very good while they lasted, broke after 6 months.

Beats are 6 months old and won’t power on without being on the charger. They haven’t been dropped nor have they sustained any water damage.

Hurts my ears sometimes but good headphones overall

I am very disappointed I bought these and then I get to use them for the first two or three weeks and I’ve used them a couple times finally and one side of my headphone will get so low. You almost can’t hear anything coming out and I’m past the exchange Timeframe. I would’ve never thought that I ever had any issues with this and I’ll never he’ll be another year before I can make a purchase for myself.

Bought this for my daughters Xmas present but had to return due to her complaining that it hurts her ears as u wear it for awhile. I saw some reviews of the uncomfortable ear phone but had to experience it myself ! But the looks of the earphone was cute I was disappointed I had to return it.

Great for kids other than that is not so good!!!!!

Was looking forward to receiving and using these headphones bur sounds goes in and out too much.

I purchased the open box excellent. Everything was suppose to come included. The package was delivered late. When it finally arrived the box was dented. I was missing the carrying case, the paperwork and the two beats cables (type c and 3.5mm jack). All i got was the slate blue beats and a no named third party type c black cord. Best Buy couldnt make it right by replacing my headphones with what they had a new pair. Instead i waited for almost an hour and the best they would do is refund my purchase and i have to wait 3 more days to get my money back. This is how they treat loyal customers. Give me a good unboxed unit when i paid for the excellent unit then cant take a couple dollars loss and give me a new unit when they messed up.

It wasn't the pink that i was expecting. I thought it would've been a darker pink.

I keep charging the beats, but the sound is going in and out

THE BEATS WERE TRASH, I RETURNED THEM. THE QUALITY HAS CHANGED.
