You could go an entire week off one charge and still be at 10%. The mic quality is really good. The audio quality is better than other headphones that I’ve had.

They literally go everywhere with me. I use them daily at the gym, at work, home, and for personal calls. Just keep in mind they block sound, so use caution in some places.
