Love it! Great product and love using it during workouts.

If you are buying these headphones to use while you are working out, don’t do it. Very bad for workout use. The material used over the ear pads is very uncomfortable. My ears were constantly hurting while wearing these headphones. They don’t stay on your head if you have to change positions. The material used to make the ear pads has a terrible smell that gets worse when sweat goes over them. Even after wiping down the ear pads, the bad smell never goes away. The only good thing about these headphones was the sound. I quickly returned them and went for the Beats Studio pro, a much better product in all aspects.

horrible purchase i find any item i buy at best buy usually comes with a short return policy and issues , 18 days after buying these beats which i used five times in total had issues with sounds going very high in one speaker while going low in the opposite speaker continuously throughout any music played beat but has a 15 day return on beats , so luckily it came with apple care and one year warranty i called apple after a day of troubleshooting they said ok we will fix them they sent a box to my address with instructions to have them replaced or fixed 4 days later i got the box to return them it’s now 37 days later and im waiting for my headphones i wish i made the trip to a apple store that was my mistake as well as purchasing anything at best buy these heads phones cost hundreds of dollars and i had them 18days lol

Headphones are decent were in excellent condition sound quality is ok prefer the solo3 headphones

They sounded good in the stored (wired). When I got home I A-B'ed them and my $40 four year old JBLs sounded better. After about 20 minutes they became quite uncomfortable to wear. The bluetooth connection was glitchy with little cutouts every 10 seconds. No such problem with the JBLs. I got them for $149. Way too much for what you get. I'm returning them and getting $12 replacement pads for my JBLs.

I having technical issues connects for 2 seconds and then disconnects again had them for about 6 months

Barely able to hear the music on loud. I can hear everything outside my headphones while the music is playing on high.

After 2 messes they just stopped working. It didn't turn on again even with charges. They are being repaired right now, waiting for them to work.

The description stated that they were in excellent condition. When they arrived the box was heavily damaged and the headphones were scratched all over.

This review is for best buy's online store pick up which clearly states ready within 1 hour. I purchased these headphones at 11:30 am, the store closed at 8:00 pm and my order still wasnt ready. What a joke, you take my money on time but i have to wait until the next day for you to put my headphones in a bag. Never again

These horrible pieces of e-waste break even easier than the old beats solo. Stopped working after one day of use for no reason, didn't even drop it. I also got better sound out of a $50 Skullcandy. How do they sell this trash for $200?

The headphones refuse to connect and I received no solution when I called to fix it.

Well already starting off wrong . Didnt get my earphones. Just a empty box . Had to call best buy for a replacement which is a longer wait .

Very disappointing. The "fold points" pinch your fingers, they rarely stay connected and are uncomfortable...and these are the good points. The best part of these is the black finish, not much more good can be said about them.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave a good review. Fedex says they delivered my purchase but didnt and Best Buy wants me to contact the police for my missing order instead of replacing or refunding me so i can order again with instore pick up.

Headphones would’ve been better if they were a little bit bigger, they squeezed my ears too much

THEY ARE NOT IN ANY WAY PINK LIKE THE PICTURE. They look white, beige, gray this is false advertising on apples part. Every site shows pink pic but they are NOT pink at all, no way. Tired of apple not getting pink correct.

Only one ear works. The quality sounds very far away

For the price these are so bad. The audio is distorted you would be better off buying a $50 pair of jbl headphones
