Slips off while working out

I am not a audiophile or a techy person, so they're alright for me...just wish they were noise canceling like my buds... but I guess because they go over the ear and not in the ears that's why , makes sense. They are convenient easy on and off unlike the buds ( which I'll still use for plane rides to drown out everyone) they slip off easy while working out to remedy this: I put my hair up over the band in a ponytail and it holds them in place. Ears get pretty sweaty adding to them slipping off so if i have a head wrap or hoodie on then ill cover my ears first and put the headphones over the fabric
