Expected better quality sound

I have ear budd in every location of my life and was really looking forward to these. There is nothing special about these. Most of my other ones have an app to go with it to customize the listening experience. These have nothing. Save your money and buy a different brand. Dont buy just for the name.

Case does not hold charge

I was told by the geek squad that beats denies everyone.

No base, sound quality of a 20 dollar headphone
