These headphones feel like they can never stay in my ears. I've tried all the sizes for the ear piece but they still fall out when running

They really Didn't hold a charge that didn't last than 4 hours

Poor. No bass. Good for a backup pair in pitch. $$

These earbuds were horrible! I only bought them because they were on sale. So I bought one pair, the first day I lost them, and they completely fell out of my ears.

Worst purchase ever, I have only had these for one month and one of them is not working! I decided to get these instaed of air pods and that was a huge mistake so I guess I will throw these in the trash because they are garbage and go buy myself Apple Air Pods!

I thought they would be a little better than what they are. Constantly fall out of your ear just don’t think they are worth the buy

Terribly bad sound , very weak bad sound. Disappointed is an understatement

Earbuds needed constant adjustment. Even with the resize-able ear cushions. I couldn't smile, walk or turn my head fast, let alone try to run without them falling out my ear.

As my mom used to say you get what you pay for. I just assume being in the brand was beats. It would have a good punch, but it didn’t. It was like listening to a tin can.

They don’t pair well with IPhones . They disconnect in the middle of a conversation. I hate I can’t return them. I called customer support and the agent/ manager was unpleasant and overly aggressive.

Quality of these ear buds is not good. Talking quality can’t be heard a lot of times and also disconnect on their on. Music quality is ok

Son did not like these at all. Sound quality wasn’t great and they were uncomfortable to wear

Real crappy charge. I left the case plugged in for 4 hours then unplugged it. Let the earbuds charge inside that whole time went to use them about an hour later they were still dead. Beats quality has gone way down hill.

Where’s the charging cable?? On line info on Best Buy’s website says cable included. False advertisement!!

the box was empty..the ear buds was missing..i ordered online but have to try to make it to a store to return

Ear pods are echoing it is hard to understand anything I’m saying
