I was worried about sound quality but that was unwarranted. They sound great. Works well with my iPhone and MacBook. No complaints on phone call quality either. Despite not having a battery case I only have to charge about once a week.

If you’re looking for earbuds that aren’t crazy expensive and that are good quality these are the ones you need. Great battery life, not the loudest earbuds but they do the job.

Let’s set expectations to realistic. These are clearly entry level earbuds. The price would indicate so. These aren’t meant to stand toe to toe with “premium” tiers. They dont have ANC & Transparency modes. They are wireless earbuds at its core. These remind me of the sony wf-cf500/700 series; case & sound & price point. Complaints on these solo buds seem to stem from these two categories (case build & sound) The case is the smallest of the beats line. The powerbeats pro case is huge in comparison. The case is very light with strong magnets keeping the lid shut. Transparent Red is the clear winner in my opinion. These aren’t the beats of old where bass was the focus; too much drowned out the mids & treble. These sound just fine for what it is. It’s tuned to be as balanced as it can with biased towards treble. Vocals are clear & no distortion once so ever. I’ve heard better on other earbuds i own; by no means a knock on these. These are great earbuds as a daily or backup.

I love that my Beats Solo Buds came with multiple sizes of ear pads. I’ve long avoided earbuds due to the fact that most brands' earbud pads are too large and cause me great discomfort.

I’ve had the new ones before these and I kinda like these better, they don’t fall out my ear as much, a case with these is needed, they will fly out when you drop them but also, they are small so it might be hard to see for sum with bad vision
