I purchased these based on name brand, I have a set of over the ear units and sound is fantastic. These not so much plus they sit in my ears very secure, expected more from them.

Greatly disappointed. I guess you are paying for the name. I have ear budd in every location of my life and was really looking forward to these. There is nothing special about these. Most of my other ones have an app to go with it to customize the listening experience. These have nothing. Save your money and buy a different brand. Dont buy just for the name.

The volume is around 22 db lower than the usual beats buds, and don’t send them in they will be sent back can’t duplicate in record time. I was told by the geek squad that beats denies everyone.

These earbuds for being beats brand had zero base. None. Had the sound quality of headphones you get at the dollar store also wanted to force me to use the brands app on my phone which is ridiculous.
