The headphones are excellent, but the best thing about buying from Best Buy, is that they ship to military bases overseas to thousands of active duty military personnel and their families. That is more than I can say about the installation exchange. The next best thing is the price, very affordable and extremely less expensive as the base exchange price.

Design : its an upgrade from previous beats headphones. Build quality has improved. Smart unfold to turn on and off. Comfort: if you have big ears this on ear style is not for you. But its comfortable enough for a short period of use. Compatibility: if you use iphone (apple device) the convenience of apple new chip let you switch between apple device. Android user still can use the headphone with limitations feature.

Perfect for my elderly father with the onset of dementia. He has problem/confusion with buttons. These turn on when opened and off when closed. Automatically connects to the Bluetooth when they are open making his whole experience simple and he can independently use them confidently. Also, the sound is superb.

Dre beats never fail to impress, the sound quality is sharp, this is my 3rd pair of Dre beats headphones and the only reason why i upgrade is because of normal wear and tear to ear muffs. Wouldn’t recommend using at the gym because they fall off your head when you lie down, but perfect for walking, jogging, or pretty much any other activity

Love these, I am able to connect with my computer, my phone and Apple TV with no issues. I love the transparency mode, I can really hear what I am listening to and everything else in the background. The noise canceling is also a great feature from when I am doing school work. I got these on sale but still would have been a great full price purchase.

I own an old pair of Beats by Dre that I've had for about 4 years and have purchase 2 more pair since. I've owned Sony and currently have AirPods, these are far superior. my only warning is when they say noise cancelling, they mean noise cancelling hence why I have over headphones for when I still need to hear my surroundings.

I’ve never been the type to buy expensive electronics but I can truthfully say these Beats are WORTH THE MONEY! Although, I’m a bargain shopper so I did wait til they were on sale for only $30 more than the previous model, which has a difference of a noise cancelling option! You literally can’t hear any outside noise, perfect for blocking out screaming kids!!!

Awesome sound and easy to pair with iphone comfortable to wear

Hello, here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1) It's exactly how it looks in the photos. It's a beautiful sky blue, and the headband isn't thin. 2) It's already somewhat noise cancelling without listening to anything. 3) Then play the music and you really can't hear ANYTHING. Cons: This to me outweighs all of the good. 1) The part that covers your ears is comfortable at first and then in 8-10 minutes it becomes tight and extremely uncomfortable. Doesn't matter how loud the music is, still can't distract me from how much my ears hurt and the urge I have to just take the headphones off for some relief. How is one supposed to have these on for even a half hour? My ears are HURTING within 10 minutes. I don't recommend these headphones or beats headphones in general. If you still purchase them, do your research and READ the reviews. I can only speak for this one, and it is NOT worth the price, and I am disappointed to say the least.
