Finally changed my mind about beats, got this on holiday sale. Build quality is impressive. Sound and tech are pretty good as well.

The only comment is that I couldn’t find one person to help me. I even went up front to ask them to get someone to come over and unlock the case, I was just about to walk out when I seen an associate that I went over to. The store was not busy and I know you are short staffed but, the associates all gathered together talking does not set well with your customers. Wanted an exchange and was told I did not have a warranty, I always do!!! They were not willing to talk to me at all.

These Bluetooth headphones sound great and it’s very convenient to switch from my iPhone, Mac and TV with no effort at all.

The ear pieces are a little too small for my son’s ears. He said the headphones would fit over his ears better if they were a little larger

Beaus could’ve done a better job with the noise canceling especially since they are are an over the ear headphone. Besides that the sound on them is really good quality.

I really like the Beats! They really are noise cancelling both ways! They are a little tight on my head but otherwise good.
