These work great with all my Apple products. They were easy to setup. I like that they use a lightning cable to charge like my iPhone

Refurbished but seem pretty darn new to me. Paid near half but all the accessories, paperwork that come with the unit were present.

I didn’t know that solo means small one, I returned it back to the store because it is so small, it fits only kids not an adult!

It's been a long time since I had a set of Beats headphones. My last pair was back when Monster made them. I enjoyed them then because they were booming and loud. I love loud music and consider myself an audiophile. Bought these on a Black Friday deal. They were easy to pair with my iPhone 8+. Upon first listen I noticed how quiet they are, and it's not good. I ran a gamut of music through these: From Metallica, STP, AC/DC, Foo Fighters, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Brian Setzer Orchestra, to the London Symphony playing Star Wars. I was completely disappointed. A $300 pair of headphones should make you go "WOW". Not so with these. Not even remotely close. I packed them back in the box and returned them. About a month back I bought my wife a pair of JBL Tune 600BTNC headphones from JBL's website for $60. They blow away these Beats. I ended up buying my own pair for $50 on a Black Friday deal. Don't waste your time/money on Beats Solo Pro. They are too quiet. I would say they're maybe worth $50. I would only recommend them if Apple or someone would come up with a companion app that would increase the loudness and include an equalizer.

My wife loves her Bose QC 35 headphones that have been widely recognized as some of the best on the market. The new Beats Solo Pro with noise cancelling are easily this good with some fantastic features on top. To start with they come in an assortment of colors, not just in two or three such as the Sony or Bose. They employ the same technology as Apple AirPods, so when you nap the headphones open to put them on, they immediately pair with your iOS device without the need for going into your Bluetooth settings,Or using an app. The sound is excellent, and not to bass heavy, as was the issue with previous beats headphones. Even though these are on ear headphones, the use of a memory foam like material in the air cups makes them very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Speaking of extended periods of time they are rated for about 20 hours of battery life on full charge, but I also have a quick charge they get you a couple hours of listening with just a few minutes of charging. In addition to the ease of pairing, one of the best new features is a pass-through hearing mode that uses the microphones and the headset to allow you to listen to the world around you so that you never have to take them off to carry on a conversation or to pay for your groceries. This is deceptively B handy. I know that the newer versions of both Sony and Bose use this, but this is one of my favorite features. Overall, a great set of headphones awesome for traveling great for shutting out the noise of the world, but with plenty of features allow you to do the rest of the daily work you have. I’m having a hard time keeping them away from my kids!!! A definite win!
