I had it for 3 weeks and right now im in the process for replacement. A constant flashing blue light started and a reset didnt work to stop it and the head phones ceased to function. I also heard a static in the right side as well.

the headphone ear cup is too small and hurt my ear very bad try to return and I couldn't because of 3 days late after the 14 days return policy now is in the process dispute charge thru my bank credit card very upset with the Bestbuy return policy and store manager aren't willing too help

This was by far the worst headset I ever experienced. The ear muffs are made for children's ears, and to fold half of the headset for the on/off was difficult for me to figure out. I was very dissatisfied with this purchase and will not most likely purchase another beats over the ear product.

The sound isnt that good and to say the least really uncomfortable

They were not what i expected. I just didnt like them.

The sound quality was amazing for when it came it out. It still stands test to time with its active noise cancellation. I thought it’d be uncomfortable since it’s On-Ear but that’s not the case what so ever, definitely one of beats best headphones.

Bought it as birthday gift for my daughter. It works fine for the first 2 weeks. It started acting up with some weird sound and working on and off. I wish I couldn’t return, I have to call Best Buy to find out

Disappointed with the advertisement of this product. I was supposed to receive 4 free months of Apple Music, but when I type in the code I am only being offered 1 free month of Apple Music. I am very dissatisfied with the hassle you are making this be for me as a customer.

Returned for a Nike Apple Watch. That is still backordered & was in stock in a neighboring store. Purchased Oct 5 & still do not have it. Store 40 miles away! Hard to believe an Elite Plus Member gets treated like this. Thousands & thousands of dollars purchased for years.

i am reviewing this product 1 star because when it arrived it was totally inoperable, it did not turn on, charge or connect to my device. i am very dissatisfied and disappointed whit this purchase overall and would give it zero stars if i could.

the headphone is small, it hurts ear and it heats up real fast. also bestbuy charge you restocking fee for any electrical product. so will never going to buy anything from them..

These are a waste! The original beats are better.. there isn’t a cord to plug into studio equipment. This sucks. It’s a pandemic, can’t return them

Unfortunately these did not turn on the way they should, only when plugged in even with a full charge did they turn on and connect to my phone, after 20 minutes they then turned off.

The sound quality of a 70 dollar Anker headphone is more than this. Don’t waste your money on Beats buy Sennheiser, Sony, or any other professional brand. For $300 you can get a really good headphone and this is not it

Defective from factory. Returns counter confirmation revealed a battery defect.. At least customer service was great. I wont bother with anything Beats again I bought Bose noise canceling with refunded money.

I'll be honest. I really expected much more from these headphones. The base was not worth the money so I ended up returning them. The only reason I tried them was the name. Very disappointed.

First off, let me say that I am no expert when it comes to headphones, I'm just someone who loves to listen to music and watch movies. Package: The box contains a soft carrying case, a USB to lightning connector, a couple of stickers, a couple of starter guides, and of course the headphones themselves. All in all, very nice. The headphones themselves are fairly tight, almost to a point where they're a bit uncomfortable to wear. The nice cool feature is that they turn on and off when you fold/unfold the headphones. Pairing is easy. You hold the mode button on the left ear cup, and then pair it using the setting on the device of your choice. I was able to successfully and easily pair to both my android and apple devices. The sound is rich and the bass is good. I took it to the gym for a workout session. I found it a bit difficult to use while running, but during lifting, it was smooth sailing. It was easy to wipe clean afterwards. (The gym session didn't go too long because once again, they were starting to become uncomfortable after about 30 minutes) Overall, they're great sounding headphones, easy to pair, look great, they're just slightly difficult to use after a certain period... maybe once i break the padding in a bit, they may become more comfortable. Unfortunately I don't think I can use these for long periods of time.... or maybe my head is just too big. :(

Definitely expected better quality from a pair of beats . I’ve listened to music with headphones that cost 15$ that sound better. I returned them bc I was severely disappointed.

Extremely upset. I used a total of 10 times and the charging port is defective. They won’t work anymore. I spent almost $200 on headphones for this. Never again

The sound wasn't good at all. These are no where near the same as the other beats headphones I had in the past.
