I wish Apple/beats will provide an app to enable users customize sound. Otherwise goos sound overall.

Ordered Excellent, received Fair condition

Ordered open box EXCELLENT, received a pair of FAIR (literally said fair on package). Since it was not what I ordered, returned (condition of headphones were in used condition- definitely NOT like new). From the brief time I had them, seemed well built so I reordered. Unfortunately, 2nd pair was marked excellent on box but still not in like new condition. Will just order a brand new pair.
