I love beats, just not these. This is my first pair of over ear head phones and to me it's just not worth the money. The sound quality is ok, but not loud enough for me. Not enough bass either. It just seems to be a very dim/dull sound for the money.

Didnt use them but 2 times and they have crackling in the music Wouldnt connect to my ipod with out the cord I brought them for it to be wireless why should I have to use the cord for a wireless product I went a way when they was giving to son He didnt open them tell we came back and store policy expired So now I have to send them out to get fixed Very disappointed customer for the money I spent on them

Purchase these and they broke in Jan 2020 (battery problem). Apple replaced them and the refurbished pair did the same thing in June2020. Called Apple and they said the warranty was up and I said how is the warranty up when Both pairs failed to last 1 year. My kid has the same headphones and the earpiece are falling apart. Thumbs down for the Beats! I’m an Apple geek but these are trash. Do your research, the problem I had is a known problem if you google it.

My Bluetooth is not working and I haven't even had the beats solo wireless for that long!!! my headphones only work when I attach my aux cord. I shouldn't have to purchase wireless headphones just to only used them when I have a cord. Having a cord attached to headphones is so embarrassing. I like having the best of the best but these headphones are causing so many problems. I was excited to get these beats but then i bought them and unfortunately the beats are not working right!!!!

This is my third time buying beats everytime I buy them one side of the headphones stop working then the warranty runs out soo now it’s useless

They were great in sound but they were to big for me. They were just to heavy and my head would hurt after a while

so i just received my order and come to find out its an opened box that has some old, ratty, used beats headphones probably a couple years old. so basically I received someones open returned package that best buy tried to sell me as brand new unopened beats 3 headphones. needless to say now i have to go to a best buy store(which i was avoiding in the first place with ordering online and deal with the hassle of returning.) o=h and it also arrived a day later then originally promised.

They worked great w/ fantastic audio. Now they have quit working and I am going to have to contact Beats. These were given to me as a Christmas gift.

I normally rate Dr. Dre beat products 4 or 5 but this time I was disappointed. One of my speakers blew and after my warranty expired Apple Store offered me a repair cost of $199.00 to fix my headphones. What a rip off. I went through 3 pairs in the past with the same issue so there has to be a defect on these headphones. I will find a better pair of headphones that honors the quality of the product.

Most worthless thing I have ever purchased from Best Buy. Wireless cannot be heard at a resonable volume on blue tooth with droid. Works wired and with apple devices it cannot be heard in the gym at all. Never buy this product i have gon back to my 25 40 dollar pair that can be heard. . I tossed the box due to lack of room to haul so I have no way to return . Waiste of 300 dollars. Dont do it with Droid!!!

The description did not indicate the headphones were the "Solo" edition. I thought I was purchasing the over the ear headphones and had I known it was the "Solo", I never would have purchased. There was no information or indication that the headphones could be returned. I guess I am stuck with a usually piece of crap.

I bought this most to watch TV in my room without disturbing my wife.. My surprise - dont works with my SONY 4 K Bravia, well no problem i can switch with my live room tv, no, no works with my samsung smart tv, also not works with my sharp smart tv (all my tv are 2015 models and up) - so i bought something exclusive to use with apple? i m almost decided to go back an return.

I had to return this open package because it was damage and the box said it’s was geek certified.

They get wet as crazy as that sounds. Like they sweat. Now all loud and not great

These beats disconnect and reconnect constantly. I took them back to the apple to have them replaced and what do you know. They have to send them out to be fixed a 2 week wait for a pair of beats to be replaced that is not even a month old. Not wasting my money on another apple product again.

Took these back for the Skull Candy Hesh 2 and got just as good of sound for $150 less.

I am a big fun of Bose but not in this case. It took me a while to think this over but eventually I decided to give it a try. Oh boy am I happy or what? The quality of sound is outstanding. If not better then Bose. On top of that strait out of the box charge lasted for 3 days. Fully charged it is good to go for about a week! It is really light! I am a big fun of walking - i do about 15 miles a day every day 7 days a week rain or snow. With this headphones it is a pure joy! At the and of the day, when you take theme off you don't feel any difference. One thing you have to keep in mind - when outside temperature goes 32 degree or lower it will shut down. But this is the way lithium-ion batteries handle low temperatures. My solution to that problem is simple - hood over my head and headphones. My rating - 5 stars

I returned the beats and bought the Sony wh1000xm2.

My 2nd pair of Beats, that lost sound in one ear!!

I bought them for my 15 yr old son. Its been about 1-1/2 months and one side is defective. Completely disappointed. Had purchased Beats at Target previously in the last 3 years and those still work. But these I bought with Best Buy are defective. Very upset.
