Got Bests Solo 3 for $300.00+. Broke after using for 4 months. now one ear does not work. Trying to get it repaired, but what kind of product breaks after just 4 months of normal usage???. A $20 headphone would work better than this. Will never buy another BEATS product again.

I cant support beats. I had the original beats when momster owned them. These too, broke after 4 months. My powerbeats have also broken. My Bose from 3 years ago. Still going strong. I use and abuse my products and expect my moneys worth.

These stopped working after a month of use. I have not dropped them or anything, but the right side of the headphone stopped working. I started looking these up online and many people had the same problem. Would not recommend.

I bought them for my 15 yr old son. Its been about 1-1/2 months and one side is defective. Completely disappointed. Had purchased Beats at Target previously in the last 3 years and those still work. But these I bought with Best Buy are defective. Very upset.

Headphones one side stopped working 20 days after getting them Then Best Buy only gives 15 days for return so they are making me deal with the manufacturer. First time ordering from Best Buy and last time.

I purchased this product a year ago and they stopped working for me. I have a pair of Sony headsets that I purchased years ago that still work, 300.00 headsets should last much longer.

    Android connect disaster

First, connecting these to an android device... in this case a Samsung phone... was way more difficult than my last pair. Battery life wasn't great, and no noise canceling at all. I ended up returning them after 2 days.

    Best headphones I've ever used/owned

I owned wireless powerbeats that have served me well and still work fine but of course I wanted some new bigger headphones for travel that would better cancel out noise. To my surprise my mom gifted me these headphones. They are the best... I find them to be very comfortable as I used them for 4 to 5 hours a day at work, the battery last all week, and the sound is amazing. I initially didn't think they had great build quality/materials but after having them a few weeks I would say they are pretty durable. All in all, they are definitely worth the month if you have the money.

    Best iPhone 7 plus accessory!

I traded in my iPhone 6 Plus at Bestbuy, getting a gift card, which I decided to get a pair of wireless headphones, as we all know Apple removed the headphone jack on the new iPhones. I decided at first to get the Beats Solo 2 wireless, but after reading reviews for the newest Beats Solo 3 with Apple's new A1 chip, and the 40 hour battery life, returned Solo 2 and got the Solo 3. (of course in Rose Gold to match me new iPhone 7 plus). I use them at least 2 hours a day, and have yet to recharge them. The sound is great, comfort is pretty good, and the connection via Bluetooth is flawless.

I had these for 1 year 3 months and only used them about 20 times one day they just stopped working. I loved them but not worth over $200 if they will suddenly stop working.

Bought these in May of 2018. Now only one headphone works. This is the second pair that have not lasted 2 years. Save your Beats are all hype. Terrible design. Bad quality.

I am sure these would have been great headphones ... if they allowed me to bluetooth connect to my Android phone. Unfortunately They would have only worked with my iPad, so it was not worth the purchase.

I never thought I'd become a Beats fan.

I was not a big fan of Beats back when they first came on the scene, because they just have an overwhelming amount of bass - so I believed everyone else on the internet when they said they hadn't really changed - until I saw the 90th anniversary Mickey Mouse edition released. We are HUGE Disney fans, so I naturally kicked around having to try them. I went to the store and tried on the Beats Solo3 Wireless so many times and decided that they actually sound pretty good, but I was still torn - until my Fiancé surprised me with them for an early Valentines' day gift because she knew I'd been kicking them around. They haven't left my ears since - seriously. I've worn them all week at my desk. I've used them for meetings, music, phone calls, you name it. 4 days in and we're still on 50% battery life. They are extremely FUN to listen to. I know they're not reference quality, but I really enjoy the sound signature on these for almost everything I listen to. My only complaint is that they make my ears a bit sore and I have to give them a rest every few hours, but I"m slowly getting used to them - I've never had on-ear headphones before. I used to use Bose QC35, exclusively, and those haven't left my bag since I got these - they might come out for travel, but after the fun sound of these, it's hard to use anything else. Nice work on these, Apple. Impressive battery life, decent, fun sound, and an awesome Mickey Mouse design. Really enjoying them!

They didn't charge. Never turned on even once. I have to return them. I was super excited to get them, and was never able to use them. Did all the trouble shooting, and they never did work. So sad.
