Left ear quit working at 43 days with minimal use. Out of warranty, now have to try AppleOne care. Disappointed.

So far not off to a good start with this product. Headphones not holding a charge or connecting to phone Bluetooth. May be returning if situation doesn’t improve

Waste of money. I will never purchase again. Works at first then just stops working properly. I've had multiple and same results

I bought a beats box open, but it came with the cord broken ... I gave this Christmas gift to my niece who lives in Brazil. now there is no way to change or tidy up.

I had an older corded version of the Beats Solo headphone (Beat Solo HD) so was excited to go cordless. I love these headphones! W/ my other bluetooth device I can go a couple of rooms and start loosing signal. W/ this headphone I can almost get to my neighbors house. The range, plus the 40-hour battery life, and the quick charge (5-minutes gets you 3-hours) is what sold me on this headphone. I use my headphone mainly for conference calls and it's great! Cons: I wish the charging cable was lightening instead of micro USB so that I could pack only one cable on trips (i.e. the same cable to charge my phone and headphones). Nice touch: The fact that if my headphones are dead and there is no power source, I'm able to connect a headphone-jack to headphone jack cable and keep using my headphones.

I got the open box and great condition. When we turned the beats on there was nothing but static and couldn’t hear a thing. Definitely returned.

too dame tight not wroth the money at all these beats are smaller then the older ones the ones from before apple brought beats

Great headphones. Cancels out outside noise. Comfortable and stylish

product is garbage. do not buy. after 3 weeks use headphones wouldn't hold a charge. Best Buy wouldn't let me swap because I was 2 days past exchange date.

do not buy this product if it is an approved/certified open box. These would not connect to Bluetooth nor would the cord work without holding a button down.

Had to return because it wouldn't take a charge after owning for one month. Also gave me headaches because it is heavy and had too many pressure points.

The Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones completely broke down after 18 months.

Headphones arrived already set up for someone else's phone (when paired with a device, was already named something else.)

I really wish I would not have wasted the money on these. The sound quality is poor. They didn't last but 3 months.

Poor quality due to extreme amount of noise leakage, material of the product is shabby, and there's no protection plan for these headphones.

Super comfortable and noise sounds great and clear.

We gave these as a Christmas gift and then found out that our nephew wasn’t able to use them because they are not working.

These headphones are simply beautiful. They include Apple's W1 wireless chip which makes paring a breeze. I have worn these headphones for lengthy periods of time and have never had a problem with them being uncomfortable. I have been able to use them for a week straight without having to charge them. I have also used them for talking on the phone. In this respect people can hear me clearly.
