They stay on well while running as well as play quality sounds. Only downfall in my mind was the color, white, as they will get dirty easily.

This product works amazing and does not hurt the ear. Only flaw would be sweat easily covering the ear pads which takes sometime to dry away or needs cleaning ocassionally. Amazing battery life as advertised even after 3 months.
