They talk to you nicely on the phone and always find a way to get the answer to your call. Of course my favorite team, the geek squad, they are always on top of their work. Expected better quality and comfort

I find these very uncomfortable to wear longer then 30 min. They're really tight on my ears. Not sure if my head is just big but they bother me. I also got the same pair for my niece and i had to bring them in to apple under warranty because they just stopped working. They were fixed but they didn't even last 2 months before they needed to be fixed.
