No Noise Dampening

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased primarily for airline travel hoping it would eliminate or dampen enough to silence the ambient noise. However, these did not work as anticipated and were replaced with Sony Noise Cancelling headphones which worked as designed. Other than my disappointment for dampening ambient noise, these headphones had outstanding sound. I would recommend for use other than airline travel.

Ear Beats
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was my first pair of Beats by Dre and overall these are decent headphones. While they are not complete noise cancelling, the headphones reduce a good chunk of noise. I did have to get use to the headphones on my head as these are slightly heavy. I do like how they fold up and can be placed in a small storage pouch. I used these Beats by Dre on the airplane without issues. It was also easy to sync the Beats with my cell phone, laptop and iPad. I am satisfied with the headphones and would recommend them.
