Open Box - Cheap but Dirty

I should have checked them before taking them home. On opening, I noticed they were extremely dirty in the earpieces although they were marked as being of excellent condition. Best buy associates were very rude when I tried to return the dirty headphones the next day. As for sound quality, it is OK but the noise suppression is not even close to that of SONY or BOSE.
