I just bought the headphones and it doesn't work one side. It is almost christmas and the item I bought is damaged

These headphones are not as comfortable as the Bose quiet comfort 35. I wound up returning them for this reason. Others might like them but try them out at Best Buy

Have bought so many beats, will not buy beats again. You are paying for the brand not the quality.

Got these as a gift, but returned and exchanged for the Bose Quiet Comfort 3. Noise canceling is not as good as Bose.

I love my headphones. The music comes through clear and the bass is fantastic.

One side of the headphone didn't work. I had to bring it back and order another pair and wait for them to be shipped back to me. The second pair worked just fine.

Overall is good headphone. Only one thing is hurt my ear after a long use. Less than 30mins is no problem. Longer than that is start hurting. May be is new.

I personally don't like the product but it does work great. The reason I don't like it is because It doesn't stay when I run.

This is a replacement for another of the same item that broke within the 1 year warranty period. It fell apart in my hands when trying to put it on. Apple paid for the shipping back to "inspect" it for coverage under the warranty and determined that it was not their fault. I wouldn't have bought another except for that my daughter liked them and wanted to replace it. This time I bought the warranty with Best Buy.

I bought these headphones for travel. I put them on for an hour while streaming some music from my mobile device. Not only were they terribly uncomfortable, the sound quality was just plain poor. I went ahead and took them back the next day to my local best buy, which was a seamless and efficient experience. I then purchased the Bose Soundlink II. Its unreal how much different these two products are. Its night and day. The full ear coverage is key both to comfort and noise cancellation. There is no comparison to sound quality either.. Until Apple gets its act together, I will never even stare in the same direction of a Beats product. Hope this helps make your decision and save you some time in the long run. Cheers

Not for the audiophiles but it works as it should your are paying for the aesthetics and bname branding if you want hugh fidelity audio this is not for you.

The Beats are BEAUTIFUL with AMAZING sound quality but they FAILED to charge after first use, which was frustrating.

After about 2 months of regular use, the leather cushion will start to separate. This has happened with both pairs I’ve had.

I have the rose gold and white headphones. The white part does not clean off well even when you wipe them off immediately after use.

This was a present for my girlfriend & they already broke. You can't hear off one side. I gave them to her on Christmas. It's barely been like 3 months

I love these headphones, but after a few hours of using them they started hurting my ears. Why? Because these sit on top of your ear.

Great head phones as a reward for my kids making honor roll for the entire year. As much as I paid there should have been a wall charger.

My son uses his all the time. He seems to like it and it seems to work fine. I’m sure these could be better quality but it is what it is..

The communication on this is horrible I have to remove it and speak directly thru the phone in other to the party on the other side to hear me good

It’s an alright product but if you don’t want your ears hurting go for the studio model it’s much better.
